美丽女孩佳子是某著名寿司名匠的女儿，为了继承父亲的事业她每天要进行艰苦的修行。终于有一天，佳子不堪忍受父亲的苛求而离家出走。她辗转来到一家位处偏远乡间的温泉旅馆，在这里找到一份女招待的工作。当然，旅馆内的日子也好不到哪去，佳子既要忍受女老板由美无休止的斥责，还要遭到其他女招待的欺负。冷漠的群体中，只有曾为寿司师傅的泽田对她给予同情和帮助。
