原本是一首歌曲的名字，因此几乎难以准确地直译出来，据猜想，或许导演是想让观众从这个名字上想像影片的恐怖程度到底有多深。
说到导演，影片的导演维克多·萨尔瓦曾经因猥亵男童的罪名而被判处入狱，犯下这样罪行的人难免会让人觉得有些心理变态，或许让这样一个心理有些阴影的导演来执导一部描写杀人狂的影片，这恐怕也算得上是影片的一个卖点了。
